Many wonder what could be a viable substitute for diesel and whether the solutions available today can truly represent an alternative. The recent confir<sup><\/sup>mation by Gruber Logistics of its plans to acquire fifty electric vehicles over two years and establish a cha<sup><\/sup>rging infrastructure tailored to its transport flows marks, in many respects, a new hori<sup><\/sup>zon on the journey towards decarbonisation. Not only for the South Tyrolean company, but for the entire logistics market, given the benchmark role played internationally by Gruber Logistics.<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recent years have indeed been characterized by significant dynamism in the field of alternative fuels. Nonetheless, we will also deploy electric vehicles in <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"449\">Italy, Poland, and Benelux<\/b>,\u201d <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"476\">explains Martin Gruber, CEO<\/b>.<\/p>\r\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">The new vehicles will follow a multi-brand strategy through partnerships with <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"79\">VOLVO, SCANIA<\/b>, and <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"95\">IVECO<\/b>\u2014collaborations in which Gruber Logistics is involved not only <span class=\"citation-202 citation-end-202\">as a first user of new technologies, but also in supporting development and prototyping projects for the vehicles themselves.
