In heavy haulage and project logistics, specialized equipment is typically required to safely transport cargo with unconventional dimensions or considerable weights. The low-bed trailer, part of the Universal Transport fleet, possesses three distinctive features: it can be equipped with rail technology, allowing rolling stock to drive on directly via a ramp. Loading does not require crane technology. Unlike conventional rail trailers, this low-bed trailer is exceptionally low, and vehicles drive in rather than climbing up. This design allows for the transport of vehicles with heights of up to 4.40 meters.<\/p>\r\n
Finally, the Universal Transport low-bed trailer is capable of carrying loads of up to 160 tons, with a maximum span of 23 meters. Worldwide, there are only a few low-bed trailers with a similar design, and they generally have a considerably lower payload capacity.<\/p>\r\n
