From 1936, the year of its foundation, to the present day, the company has grown steadily, increasing its turnover year after year despite massive investments. 2018, in line with the trend of recent years, also marked a further increase in business volume for the company, which closed the year with a consolidated turnover of 344 million euros (+8.7% compared to the previous year).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even in these times of economic downturn, GRUBER Logistics chose to invest in personnel, growing in just under two years from 650 to 980 employees. The company is constantly looking for new team members: sought-after profiles include specialized operators, as well as recent high school and university graduates with foreign language skills and excellent organizational abilities.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;At the core of our work is the bond of trust that unites us, just like a big family. The result of the project was the launch of two digital products developed in-house: the <\/span>Gruber Beyond MyDesk portal for managing and tracking shipments, and the Gruber Beyond DriverApp, which enables real-time monitoring of driver activities and immediate exchange of information with the company.
