Processing of Personal Data

The GRUBER Privacy system is a unified system that refers to a single Data Controller (GRUBER Logistics S.p.A. – Italy) and applies to all of the following companies belonging to the “GRUBER” corporate group:

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Right of access: allows the Data Subject to obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, an excerpt of the processed data, and all related information. (Art. 15 GDPR) Right to rectification: allows the Data Subject to obtain the prompt rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them or the completion of incomplete data. (Art. 16 GDPR) Right to erasure: allows the Data Subject to obtain the prompt erasure of personal data concerning them if processed unlawfully, in particular where the grounds set forth in Art. 17 GDPR are met. Right to restriction of processing: allows the Data Subject to obtain the restriction of the processing scope of personal data concerning them where the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR are met. Right to data portability: allows the Data Subject to receive their data in a structured, commonly used format, transmissible without hindrance to another Controller. (Art. 20 GDPR) Right to object: allows the Data Subject to object to the processing of data concerning them where the conditions of Art. 21 GDPR apply. Protection of rights: the Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority established by the Italian Republic or, alternatively, with the supervisory authority of the European Union member state in which they reside or are established (Art. 77 GDPR). To exercise these rights, or to obtain any further information in this regard, the data subject must contact the Controller directly using the contact details provided above.
