Although exceeding forecasts, this growth is no coincidence. In the midst of the economic and health crisis, the ownership and the company board made the counter-trend choice to increase investments and diversify their services, both in terms of offerings and sectors served. First and foremost, this meant acquiring new skills and hiring new personnel, but also investing in new warehouses and vehicles. The company, already recognized internationally for full truckload (FTL) and heavy haulage transport, quickly became a benchmark in logistics, less-than-truckload management (LTL and Groupage), and air & ocean transport. In addition, investments in sustainability and digitalization were increased, significantly enhancing the positioning of the GRUBER Logistics brand and establishing its international reputation not merely as an operator, but as a partner capable of creating new solutions. Furthermore, this solution-oriented approach has led the company to forge increasing international partnerships, leading to research projects funded by the European Commission in the fields of heavy commercial vehicle automation and new generations of alternative fuel vehicles.
