Brenner Motorway Traffic 2019: New Restrictions on Heavy Goods Vehicles

New measure issued by the Government of Tyrol for heavy goods vehicle traffic arriving from Germany and heading towards the A22 Brenner motorway.

The Government of Tyrol has scheduled a “metering” (block dispatching) system for heavy goods vehicles, including exceptional transports, at the Kufstein/Kiefersfelden border crossing, where a “filter” will be implemented allowing a maximum of 300 vehicles per hour to pass.
