The app allows customers to easily access “heavyNet”

The driver application introduced last year, which enables Universal Transport employees to connect to the central IT tool “heavyNet” via Android, is now also easily accessible to customers of the heavy cargo logistics company.

This is beneficial from two perspectives: first, customers stay up to date with the latest news from Universal Transport. Second, and naturally of particular interest to clients, it allows them to track their order.

After opening the application, users can follow both paths by logging in as guests via a grey button at the bottom of the home screen. No login credentials are required for this.

If the user decides to read the news, they will be redirected to the corresponding content on the “Universal Transport” homepage. The other option is to enter a reference number to access the transport order and its related details. Among other things, users can find out where the goods currently are and when they are scheduled to arrive at their destination.

The heavyNet app is available to all smartphone users in the Google Play Store. The search terms “heavyNet” or “Universal Transport” will take you directly to the new app.
