May 27 | Pre-summit Truck Test Drive
Drop by for a unique opportunity to experience our prototype trucks!
Moreover, you can experience our prototypes on the road, including SCANIA hydrogen fuel cell trucks and IVECO battery electric trucks, accompanied by one of our professional drivers. The test area will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Furthermore, each session will last a maximum of 15 minutes, offering a hands-on experience of these cutting-edge technologies in action.
Registration is required to participate. However, you are free to arrive at any time during the day, at your convenience. Please note that there may be a short waiting time if others are ahead of you. Meanwhile, you can relax at the on-site bar or network with your colleagues.

Afterwards, a light lunch will be served from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants can take time to relax and recharge. In addition, this will be a further opportunity to network and exchange ideas in an informal setting.
1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. | THEMATIC SESSIONS (40 minutes each)
In the afternoon, participants rotate through four thematic sessions. Consequently, everyone will have the opportunity to engage with all topics and interact directly with experts.
Sessions include:
- Automation and AI: how are they reshaping roles and skills in logistics? moderated by Sergio Barbarino
- What are the main barriers to large-scale adoption of intermodal transport today and how to overcome them? Moderated by Serge Schamschula
- From pilot projects to scalability: what does it take to deploy hydrogen and battery trucks at scale? Moderated by Dragan Simic
- Autonomous vehicles in freight transport: an imminent revolution or a gradual evolution? Moderated by Tim Johannes
4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. | CLOSING REMARKS & NETWORKING MOMENT
Finally, the event will conclude at 4:30 p.m. with closing remarks and final reflections. Meanwhile, the networking aperitif “Cheers & Connect” will follow. Participants can continue exchanging ideas and building connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
