Gruber Logistics achieves ISO 27001 certification – A milestone in information security and teamwork
We are proud to announce that Gruber Logistics has officially achieved ISO 27001 certification! This internationally recognized standard confirms our strong commitment to information security and marks a major milestone for our company.
What does ISO 27001 certification mean?
ISO 27001 is the global benchmark for information security management. This certification confirms that our systems, processes, and data management meet the highest standards, strengthening the trust of our customers and partners.
For logistics companies like Gruber Logistics, ISO 27001 certification is therefore especially important: it means we have implemented robust controls to protect critical operational data, such as real-time tracking information, customer shipping details, supply chain data, and even sensitive financial transactions. This ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the information underpinning efficient, reliable logistics operations, minimizing the risks of data breaches and operational disruptions, and maintaining essential trust in a time-sensitive industry.
We successfully passed the audits conducted earlier this year, during which our security practices and compliance were thoroughly evaluated.
A true team effort
This success is the result of extraordinary collaboration across multiple departments. The dedication, professionalism, and shared commitment to high standards were crucial in reaching this milestone. The audited branches were evaluated on:
-
Strict compliance with security policies and procedures
-
Protection of sensitive information and reporting of potential risks
-
Thorough preparation for audits and adherence to company guidelines
With ISO 27001 certification now in hand, we are excited to continue improving our integrated management system, building on the results achieved so far. This milestone lays a solid foundation for future growth and continuous improvement.
