We are proud to announce the renewal of the partnership between GRUBER Logistics and Berco for another three years. This achievement confirms the strength of the collaboration that began in Bologna and now looks beyond Italy’s borders, with new projects under development on an international scale.
Berco, a global company belonging to the ThyssenKrupp group and a leader in the production and supply of undercarriages, has once again chosen to entrust GRUBER Logistics with the integrated management of its aftermarket logistics operations, with a strategic hub within the Bologna Interport.
Trust earned in the field
The contract renewal is the concrete result of the work carried out in recent years: operational quality, reliability, and adaptability have proven decisive in a complex and highly specialized context.
During the initial phase of the collaboration, our team faced a real learning curve due to the technical specificity of the product. It was a challenging but extremely formative journey, which allowed us to grow together with the customer. The results were not long in coming, with significant improvements in performance and increasingly efficient and flexible management.
Tailor-made logistics for a complex product
Today, GRUBER Logistics manages the logistics activities of Berco Aftermarket S.r.l., the company dedicated to the global spare parts market. The 8,000 m² warehouse at the Bologna Interporto guarantees the availability of over 1,230 SKUs and a minimum stock level of over 6,000 tons, offering fast and reliable responses to a global network of dealers and end customers.
