Concrete Measures for Greater Equality
To achieve our goals, we’ve already taken important steps:
- A Steering Committee for Equal Opportunities has been established to guide and monitor gender equality initiatives.
- We’ve introduced a Strategic Plan for Equality with clear objectives, making our efforts measurable and transparent.
- For critical situations, a confidential channel for reporting harassment and discrimination is now in place to ensure every voice is heard and appropriate action can be taken.
- Regular training sessions on respect, harassment prevention, and equality are strengthening awareness and fostering a culture of mutual understanding.
