Twice recognised, twice among the best: GRUBER Logistics is one of the winners of the BSK Awards 2026. Winning first place in the under-120-tonne category and second place in the over-120-tonne category, the company has been recognised for two exceptional transport projects that demonstrate the expertise, experience and capabilities of our teams.

1st Place: An Airbus A310 on Its Way to Serengeti Park

GRUBER Logistics secured first place in the under-120-tonne category for transporting an Airbus A310 from Hanover Airport to Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen, Germany.

Initially, the transport seemed almost impossible to carry out and required an exceptional level of planning, perseverance and logistical expertise. The project was prepared over a period of more than three years before this extraordinary challenge was successfully completed.

Find out in our detailed blog article how a seemingly impossible task became a successful transport project. You will also find impressive photos and a TV report offering insights into the scale of the project and the extensive work that went on behind the scenes.

2nd Place: Two Chemical Columns Transported from Slovakia to the Czech Republic

GRUBER Logistics also impressed in the over-120-tonne category, securing second place. The award recognised the transport of two chemical columns from Bratislava, Slovakia, to Ostrava in the Czech Republic, successfully planned and executed by the Czech team at GRUBER Logistics.

The dimensions of the two industrial components highlight the specific challenges involved in this project. Their safe transportation required precise transport planning, technical expertise and careful coordination of all the processes involved.

Key transport specifications at a glance:

  • First column: 26.39 × 4.63 × 4.43 m; weight: 80 tonnes
  • Transport dimensions of the first column: 40.0 × 4.50 × 5.25 m; total weight: 160 tonnes
  • Second column: 28.36 × 4.83 × 4.18 m; weight: 72 tonnes
  • Transport dimensions of the second column: 38.0 × 4.90 × 5.30 m; total weight: 130 tonnes

This heavy transport project highlights our expertise in delivering complex projects and demonstrates the importance of combining meticulous planning, technical know-how and dedicated employees to successfully overcome even the most extraordinary transport challenges.

An Award Recognising the Efforts of the Entire Team

Michael Gruber attended the BSK Awards ceremony and accepted both awards on behalf of all the colleagues involved.

Behind every successful transport project are people who work together to develop solutions and overcome challenges, drawing on their experience, commitment and passion. Whether delivering an extraordinary aircraft transport or moving industrial equipment weighing many tonnes, every project is the result of strong teamwork.

The two awards therefore recognise not only the successful completion of these projects but also the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved at GRUBER Logistics.

Embracing Challenges. Making Solutions Possible.

The success at the BSK Awards 2026 is both recognition and motivation for GRUBER Logistics. It reinforces our determination to continue taking on challenges that may initially seem impossible.

We embrace challenges, apply our expertise and develop tailored solutions to meet our customers’ demanding requirements reliably. We rely on the experience of our teams, our technical capabilities and our shared belief that the right solution can be found for every challenge.
